Ending poverty in the world is the first goal of the 2030 Agenda
In Italy the latest ISTAT statistics have revealed that more than 5.6 million people live in conditions of absolute poverty. Thousands of people in Italy are able to eat a complete meal only thanks to the help of humanitarian associations.
It is with this awareness that P4Future choosed to support RomAmor ODV through a donation that will allow them to purchase basic necessities for the hundreds of homeless people who orbit around the main squares of the city.
RomAmor ODV is a non-profit organization that has been operating in the Roman territory since 2006 and which aims to improve the living conditions of people living on the streets, providing them basic necessities, but above all support in recovering dignity through listening and relationships.
P4Future resources, together with RomAmoR volunteers, will also be present in the squares to create bonds, restore dignity and support in the distribution of what was purchased through the donation because we strongly believe that active involvement is the first step towards real change.

With the donation made by P4Future to RomAmor ODV, several pairs of shoes were purchased and distributed across the main Roman squares.
Together with the precious volunteers of RomAmor, we had the opportunity to offer our contribution in an active way, taking to the streets with them and getting to know more closely some of the many people who live on the streets in Rome.
People with strong life stories who, before anything else, have the desire and need to be seen as such and to be treated with the dignity they deserve and which the volunteers, with delicacy and presence, are able to restore to them.
It was an intense and emotional experience from which we received the most beautiful gift: eyes full of gratitude and greater awareness.
